The fair committee have been busy organising the fair which will be held on Friday October 11th.
Much work has gone into relaunching this community event with lots of new ideas and initiatives generated from our parent community. Watch out for the bi-weekly Fair Bulletin issued on Tuesday and Friday (see previous editions below) which will provide important fair reminders and updates on the Fair.
We will be having a range of new stalls and activities at the fair, some of which will include plant, second-hand clothing, uniform stall and book/games/cds/dvds stall. We are currently seeking donations of all of these goods, so if you’re thinking of clearing out the cupboards in preparation for a spring clean we would love to have your items!
Donations can also be left at the school office along with chocolate block donations requested by the Specialist Teachers as they prepare for their annual Chocolate Trailer event.
The Community Fair raffle tickets went home with students this week. There are some wonderful prizes up for grabs and we would really appreciate it if each family could sell a book of tickets to their family, friends and workmates, to help raise extra funds. All tickets and funds can be returned to the office.
Our online Fair Rostering System was launched this week ready for all families to volunteer their time to ensure our fair can run as smoothly as possible. Many hands make light work!
