A school uniform is compulsory for all students, and the following items are available from the Uniform Shop.

- Navy Skorts (shorts with a skirt front for girls)
- Navy Track Pants (plain or with reinforced knees)
- Navy Draw Cord Pants
- School Bomber Jackets
- School Rugby Tops
- School Windcheaters
- Navy wide-brimmed hats
- Art Smocks
- School Bags
Girls: Girls are permitted to wear a Navy and White check dress, which is available from K-Mart, Target or Warehouse Sales.
Some girls like to wear leggings in the winter months. They must be navy.
Netball skirts are not part of the Strathfieldsaye Primary School uniform policy, and therefore should not be worn.
School logos are also available and these can be ironed onto plain navy T-shirts or plain navy windcheaters.
Students who represent the school or participate in excursions, are to wear the navy school uniform.
HATS - Students are required to wear a school approved navy wide-brimmed hat.
FOOTWEAR - Black school shoes, sneakers or runners are acceptable footwear.
UNACCEPTABLE DRESS - Thongs, high-heeled shoes or sandals, bare feet, surf sandals, open-toed shoes, netball skirts, netball pants (on their own), jeans, jewellery (watches, studs or sleepers are acceptable).
